  4. Remove, inspect, and then reinstall the ink cartridges if the issue persists.
  5. Clean the Cartridge, Carriage Contacts, and then reseat them.
  6. If cleaning and reseating the ink cartridge does not fix the issue, identify the problematic Cartridge and replace it with a new compatible HP cartridge.
  7. Print in a backup mode if you want to print immediately without concerning the quality of the printouts.
  8. Service or replace your HP printer if the issue persists even after completing all the preceding steps.
  9. Go to the warranty check website and see if your product is still under warranty or not.
  10. Contact the HP Support to schedule a repair or replacement.

Fix wireless connection

  1. Open the Wireless Setup Wizard on your printer's control panel to establish a wireless connection between your printer and the network.
  2. Tap the Wireless icon from the home screen of your printer's control panel.
  3. Click on the Setup icon.
  4. Tap Restore Network Defaults or Restore Network Settings, and then choose Yes to confirm the selection.
  5. Hit the back arrow once, the default network settings are restored.
